Operator and eligibility

Podidex is operated by Yield Compiler AB, Anckargripsgatan 3, 211 19 Malmö, Sweden. Contact Robert@podidex.com. You must be at least 18 years old to use Podidex. The first iPhone release is offered in Sweden in Swedish and English.

The service

Podidex generates podcast scripts and synthetic speech from your ideas and selected sources. Live lets you discuss an episode with an AI assistant using your microphone and web searches. Generation can fail, sources can be unavailable and usage limits apply. The iPhone app is free to download, requires an account and includes no in-app purchases or purchase links. Existing web customers can use their accounts.

Your account and choices

Keep your login information private and use an account you are authorized to access. Read the information provided with the AI features before using them. You can request help, access to your information or account deletion through support.

Sources, voices and responsible use

Only provide content and sources you are entitled to use. Respect copyright, privacy and the conditions of source websites. A public URL does not by itself give permission to reproduce or distribute its content. Do not use Podidex to impersonate people, infringe rights, harass others, disclose another person’s private information or perform unlawful activities.

Generated scripts, summaries, voices and Live responses are AI output and can contain errors or misleading information. Verify important claims against the sources. Podidex does not grant rights to third-party sources or guarantee that generated output is unique or free of third-party rights.

Listening and downloads

Downloaded episode audio can be played offline while it remains on the device. New generation, uncached text, streaming and Live require connectivity. Server audio can be cleaned up after 30 days from episode creation. Device storage limits and automatic cleanup can remove local downloads. A downloaded MP3 is not a complete offline copy of every transcript and source.

Ending your account

Delete your account in Settings → Account in the iPhone app, or use the public account deletion page. An active web subscription ends as part of account deletion. Deletion may wait while an episode is generating; incomplete deletion must be retried or handled by support. Audio cleanup can continue afterward. The privacy policy describes data outside the account deletion operation.

Contact Robert@podidex.com about service problems or these terms. We may change the service and terms; material changes will be communicated when they affect your use. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer or data protection rights. No unlimited availability, factual accuracy or third-party usage rights are promised.
